They check our machine room utilites regularly and over the years have also installed a new furnace, new tankless water system and gas fireplace. They have reasonable prices and are very consultative and professional if you've got questions or have new projects in mind. Absolutely a business I recommend.

He made multiple trips back to ensure everything was done right and to make sure we were happy. His attention to detail was very impressive and left us with a highly professional looking installation. Travis always has time to answer his phone and help his customers. I can’t say enough about him and his company. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first contacted Nova they were on holidays so I left a message. They got back to me immediately and scheduled a time to see our place. After that they promptly delivered a quote and we scheduled a time for them to work on our house. They did the work on time and on budget. There guys were great.
There's something to be said about good communications and good work. Too few providers do this these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked Travis to give us a quote on the installation of a heat pump, tankless hot water heater and high efficiency furnace to replace our dated system. We wanted to take advantage of the various government grant programs that were time limited in availability. We were provided with very competitive pricing and an installation timeline. After giving the go ahead equipment was ordered installation was scheduled to coincide with our needs, recommendations for other required trades were provided that also proved to be very professional. Installation was completed without a hitch and any questions we had were answered promptly. Grant information was provided, thank you Kim in the Nova office and a question that was asked by the granting agency was promptly and effectively answered. A full grant was received! I highly recommend Nova Heating for anyone looking for a new installation or to troubleshoot issues with their existing system. Thank you Travis!

We’ve been wanting air conditioning for years and have had several quotes in the past but never felt comfortable with how much drywall damage we could expect and the location of the outdoor unit. Our friends told us to give Travis a call at Nova and we are sure glad we did. Timely site visit and quote, followed by an ahead of schedule install. What more could you want?! His team of guys were confident, incredibly polite and very tidy! We are so excited to finally be cool in our home in the summer months! Should have called Nova years ago!

He gave us a quote for replacement of our heating and air conditioning units and the final invoice was exactly the same with no hidden charges. They were on time and on budget. We had some questions about the placement of the outdoor A/C unit and we were going to leave a message for Travis to discuss it but he took our phone call even though it was on the weekend. We are very pleased with the job well done right before the heat wave. Highly recommend them.

We love their quality work, equipment, very professional and friendly staffs, very efficient, welcomes clients comments prior to & during post installation , explains thoroughly the operation and maintenance of the unit. Job satisfactorily completed and commissioned. Everyone in the house is happy and comfy. Friends have visited us and seen quality work of Travis & staffs. Friends are now looking forward to having the same installation. Nova heating & sheet meta is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were unsure of what brand and model of mini split A/C we wanted, and where we would install the indoor and outdoor units; Travis was always happy to stop by, provide a quick quote, or text to answer our many questions. We went with a Daikin that has so far been amazing. The install looks great and the lineset covers blend in as much as we could have hoped for. With the jobs Nova has done for us, we know we don’t have to worry about any workmanship issues.
