★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for quite a few years and I felt like writing a review today. It was always a 4 star but from the moment we entered the restaurant today, the service brought it up to 5 stars. The service was just immaculate! I’ve tried their other locations and no other locations have given this great! Our server explained everything in the new menu, accommodated our needs. It was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing meal and atmosphere! Small, friendly restaurant with delicious food! I am American and am use to breakfast foods such as eggs, pancakes, French toast, etc., but this place takes the cake! The food was not overly sweet or salty, it was filling without feeling bloated, and after 5 hours I still feel satisfied. My husband had the Chicken and Avocado Omelette (not pictured) and I had the Egg Amsterdam Benedict with a side of fruit, hashbrowns, and one pannekoek with maple syrup. The waitress was very helpful with letting me choose how I wanted everything. I am very impressed with De Dutch Pannekoek House :) will definitely come back next time I am in Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some NEGATIVE experiences spoiled this wonderful breakfast.
After having many continental breakfasts and on the road breakfasts it was time to have a proper sit down breakfast and this place piqued the interest of kids.
Sits on a odd street junction and also has limited parking spots. Were greeted and bought to the table quickly and all of us ordered quickly.
Although a bit late for breakfast some of us went for lunch items. There was Garden Salad which was perfect, and nothing wrong. Oatmeal with raisins and walnuts was again nothing wrong. Generously topped. A power breakfast which is yogurt and granola. Generously sized, however the topping of to exclude bananas was ignored. :(
Then there was speciality of Pannekoeken. A Dutch pancake. The order of Abby Perogie which comes topped with hash brown, cheese and onions. With a sour cream in the side. It was unique and very good. Fairly good size as well. Kid could not finish it.
There were 2 hash and eggs with mushrooms which were done nicely. The hash perfectly cooked and eggs just way kids liked it. The only issue was in one of the toasts that came with with one of them. The last piece of toast had MOULD. Now the waitress was informed.
She came back to say the manager sends his apology and says that because our bread has no preservatives it had mould. What kind of bread gets mould in a day or perhaps two? That’s it. No coming out of the kitchen or giving us a credit (small). Nothing.

First of all I am a lune cook and covid times...my order and another order went to the wrong tables after it sat with the guy across the way from me for a minute and the guy had touched the food asked the server if this was brawtwurst the server looked at my plate pucked up the plates and went to serve me the food that another person had already touched REALLY not a move u do even when we arent in covid times.so i had to ask for a remake of my food waited for my food to be remade and when i got it it was more than obvious it sat up there for a while as everything was ice cold not even lukewarm at this point i just physically walked my order backto kitchen. Like i said i am a cook i understand things happen but this was by far the worst service ever i would never dream of picking up a plate and serving it to someone after someone . Keep in mind i am sitting across from the guy who got my food ur server needs a serious meeting about serving food especially during covid times.leavung hungry while sitting here wat hing my friend eat well least didnt charge me for oj

Excellent food. Well prepared. Props to Luisa + Juan. Excellent service. Food was perfectly cooked. The avocado was fresh.
Menu prices are on the higher side but they do offer a unique menu.
Awesome breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was alright; I probably wouldn't go back, however. I appreciated the kitchen's accommodations for my dietary restrictions; they were very good with that. Our waitress was friendly, but perhaps overly so, which was awkward because she was pretty chatty. For future reference, sometimes it's best to know what private details to keep to yourself to maintain an air of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering from this location for some time now. Every time my food gets delivered it comes in a travel safe to-go box with a tamper proof sticker attached. Today, however, the food was cold and sitting on a paper plate wrapped in tinfoil and delivered in an old shopping bag. Also with items missing from my order. Normally i wouldn't score less than 4 stars because of the excellent service in the past, but this is another level of unsanitary and unsafe. Who at this location would let something like this leave the doors?
