★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for years, at the old location downstairs and at the new location. Staff is friendly and helpful, service is fast, food is hot and good. The older ladies have worked there for ages and seem to know lots of the customers and their kids, which is unusual in fast food. It's good to see.
A&W in general, and this location in particular, are the only fast food place I go to these days, as they seem to be working to keep the ingredients top quality, and environmentally-friendly. Plus the specials kick ass. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The option for two type of vegi burgers is available . This good because if you do not like the new meat replacement you can go with old fashion. I did not feel good trying the new type of meat replacement. I felt so heavy for hours after having the burger. So with that experience whenever I go there I ask for old type.

I was asked by a female cashier how many coffee do you want?
I answered four (3 medium & 1 large). I was expecting just to get 1.The female cashier remembered me even though I was wearing a (covid-19)mask.I was surprised.Good service.Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A $7.49 coupon was used for a spicy chicken combo, and charge $8.48 ? Let’s calculating $7.49 x 5% GST = $7.87. Now charged $8.48, that’s not honest, becareful people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager at Park royal location is so rude! She is always Moody, i ask if they make ice cream and she responded with sarcastic : do you see any ice cream at our menu ? Hahaha kind of funny how she can make you feel bad about being a customer and ask questions. But the food is good and cheap ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beyond meat burger is nice. It doesn’t taste like beef but it will remind you of it. Vegans and vegetarians who miss the satisfaction only junk food can provide will love it. I’m not really the biggest A&W fan, though - I think McDonald’s has better beef options and DQ has better chicken options.
