M	Mehdi Ardavan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They allow way too many kids in. So crowded that kids couldn’t even go fast let alone running. Asked the receptionist and she said they don’t have capacity which I don’t really believe. She said also she couldn’t do refund or credit. A lot of people just left.

Especially the weekend girls staff they are truly amazing , alot better staff then over the years. They are so amazing to parents the children they also deal with situations from what I notice in a calm matter just nice to see as lately everyone having a tough time with covid. I recommend this place . Spite the bad reviews sorry that it was a huge disappointment, definitely try the weekends the staff is alot better !!

As mentioned in other reviews, it's definitely annoying to not have a washroom when the mall washroom is a small hike away. For 2 or 3 kids, it's pricey. I agree that the video game floor adds nothing, but also it's not like YouTube - the kids will run around on it briefly before moving on. It's highly concerning that a kid got out unsupervised once (see reviews) but there is a monitored, latched door. At the end of the day, I've taken my kids there several times over years.

The staff let us feel like we’re at home. Everything we needed they were there for us. Didn’t bother us. At all. They were very friendly with our guests. The place is very safe. They don’t let anyone in right away. The staff members were Jennifer, kimia and Deanne. really good experience thanks

It's not a daycare it's a play indoor park for kids to enjoy when we can cozy indoors. Wearing costumes is probably the most ridiculous review yet, who would like to sit in costume for 8 hrs trying to please children?! Staff are friendly and I'm sure they don't get paid enough to deal with kids and angry parents enough to wear costumes.... Hey if anyone wants to shop and buy a costume for kids feel free. This place deserves the highest reviews for outstanding service. Also... the bathrooms are around the corner if you’re quick enough?.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is with people leaving a bad feed back? It's a indoor playground. Sometimes things may not go your way however there are many ways to figure it out on your own. I think it's pretty big place and has everything you need. This place deserves better than 3.5. Overall should be 4.5. Please help this place grow.
S	SAM Azad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a suggestion for you. As there is just something in kids that makes them naturally want to mimic or play with animals. If you guys have one or two employees for playing with kids and guiding kids on how to play and be more organized during play with other kids would be much better for kids and even for your business. And if those employees could wear animal costumes would be more way better and kids will entertain and enjoy more. I have also complained about the lack of having washroom. One time my little kid had peed on his pants because he could not wait until I took him to Park Royal public washroom.
