I am so disappointed this location. I ordered two times by Uber Eats and we got wrong drinks. The first time, they changed our toppings without noticing. Even, they forgot our straws. When i called, the store manager asked me to go there to pick up the straws. If we had picked up, we couldn’t have ordered from Uber. The second time, it was worse. They still had the same mistake and blamed on Uber guy. They told us contact with Uber to get refunds. Their behaviour was showing their lack of responsibility and ignorance. They are ruining their brand. I will try to avoid this location next time.

I love chatime and the An family loves chatime. My mum, dad, siblings and grandparents enjoy cha time there. Drinks are tasty!everything is organized ! Professional service and must visit here!! The best bbT shop I have ever visited.

ordered a chai milk tea no ice and strawberry smoothie with seasalt crema. received a chai milk tea with ice which they then "fixed by removing the ice and adding so much water that it no longer tasted like milk tea. waited 20 minutes longer for my strawberry smoothie which they forgot to make, and just gave me someone else's order which didn't even have seasalt crema but had pearls instead. don't expect any of your orders to be correct unless it is simple. will never come here again

When I placed my order at about 1:23 PM I was told to come back at 1:35 PM for the pearls to be ready. I came back at 1:30 PM and did not get my drink until about 1:44 PM. They said that the order must have gotten lost. The drink was tasty but the very warm pearls resulted in the drink not being cold.

9 orders done for the people behind me and 2 online orders picked up and 1 order done before I got mine. Second time this has happened to me at this place. So many employees but very disorganized, they need to do something different. At least my drink tasted good this time. The last order I had they forgot to put milk and sugar.

I was looking to see what I wanted to buy. It was busy around the shop and I had to figure out if anyone was in line or if they were just waiting for drinks. I went to the till and she said they were closed. I checked my phone and it was 7 on the dot. If that was the case they should of gave a last call warning. Also why is this place closed 1 hr earlier than every other restaurant in the food court.

Unhygienic! I had an opportunity to watch staff for about 10 minutes while I waited for my tea. The production line is incredibly disorganized (hence long wait times). The staff rotate between cashier and making drinks without washing their hands or using sanitizer. I observed one staff handle cash and then proceed to finish my drink, including holding the cup by the lid. Terrible food safety in the best of times, let alone during a pandemic. With respect to wait times, there were 4-5 staff members making drinks and working on top of each other. A more streamlined system could cut wait times significantly and use staff more efficiently.
