A	Alex Fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk tea with pearls tasted OK. Strawberry Princess tasted like diluted strawberry syrup with very little fresh fruit. Price was on the expensive side as well.

J	Jackie Luan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super excited to try the place especially since their decor is super aesthetic and their menu looked really appealing. We tried the Dirty Milk (medium = 6.50, large = 8.50), and an Osmanthus Oolong with Matcha Mousse (5 for tea 1.50 for mousse). The Dirty Milk tea's flavour was good - the brown sugar flavour was good. However the pearls was super hard! It was super dense and tough - almost like they've been left out for a while and is old. The drink also has mousse on top - salty one - which was well flavoured BUT super dense. Definitely not worth for 9$ for a large (750ml). The oolong tea's flavour was not bad but was very light - felt like it was either not steeped for enough or they used very little tea leaves. The matcha mousse was really interesting! The flavour was good but once again, it was super dense, stiff, and thick. The mousse doesn't mix well with the tea (stays separate). As you can see in the photo, the mousse is a thicker lump on the top. Overall: I was very disappointed by the drinks (mainly texture for all their toppings) however the ambiance was nice. I really hope that their drinks will get better over the next few months especially for their prices.

This shop offers enough space for friends to hang out, but the centre table is a poor use of space. The layout can easily be redone to host more customers. (Refer to my photos) The drinks are a cool new concept to stand apart, HOWEVER, the menu is VERY poorly designed. You can only access the menu at the ordering desk, very inefficient. The choose your own menu lacks structure and difficult to easily understand. The premade menu was only a little better than the choose your own, but not by much.

Customer service is 0 No welcoming. As you can see the guy holding the phone and playing or watching movie. That's the guy who order today I'm not sure how the owner can hire somebody like that to run this business After taking the order, he doesn't even let me know how much for the order. Just give the machine and don't even say thank you after I tapped. Then he just walk away and keeping doing things with his phone The other milktea shop Machi Machi has problem with their credit machine, so they only take cash. That's why I have to come here today and I won't ever come back I hope the owner, Feng Cha Brand and other customer can see and know about this kind of customer service Now I know why I was the only customer in the store and the place was death. I think I'm not the first customer has to deal with this?
L	Logan Bittner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the bubble tea here. We felt like it was a lot different than most other bubble teas we’ve had in the area. The matcha foam was super tasty and something we had not tried before. I agree with the other reviews that the interior felt very cheap (but it looked nice from the outside). Also there was no bathroom which was strange. Overall I would say it’s worth a try!
