White Spot Park Royal

I ordered the Chicken Broccoli and Cheese dish. Unfortunately I was very disappointed! The broccoli was not cooked properly, way too hard. There was too much breadcrumbs on top. The sauce was too thick and not enough of it. And it didn't at all have a curry favourite like it's supposed to! Very bland taste. It used to be my favourite dish to order, but it has changed, and not for the better! The staff were very nice at this location though, so that was a plus!

A few bites into my cod there was a sticker on my fish! The waitress was super nice, they asked me if I wanted a fresh meal, I asked for a burger instead, as I didn't want to change the fish again. The burger came out fairly quickly. This location had no halibut, baby back ribs, onion rings and also has no more peach belini mix. The waitress was polite. They gave me the burger meal free for the sticker in my fish.

Coconut Shrimp taste so good ! We also had the pineapple sambal chicken burger and that tasted so good, very tropical with the pineapple sauce. In fact so good that I forgot to take a picture

This is an old faithful Canadian food joint. Their staff at this location are old timers who are very professional and efficient. It has nice quiet booths and is quiet. Great breakfast spot.

Update today, 21 August 2021. First, I want to begin by stating that my family and I are regular customers of Whitespot, not this branch but in North Vancouver. We know the menu by heart and we have our favorites and we know what sides goes with our orders. And we are an Asian family. On 10 August 2021 at about 3pm, My 12 year old daughter and I were served by 'Jeanette' at this branch. To begin, I didn't like how she was walking away even I'm still talking to her and finishing the orders we have, she's rushing her job and no personal touch. She didn't even say hello or hi to greet us which is normal to all servers. At the end of our meal, I've inquired why we were over charged for 2 items. This server (Jeanette) answered with an angst and defense and insult; and argued what we ordered and tried to justify that the bill and what we were charged was correct and laugh with an insult and she made me feel, we have no money to pay, that we are Asians, and highly descriminated. She left the table and said , I'll have the manager change it (meaning the charges in the bill) and turned around quickly! , without saying sorry after all. Very rude!! She came back with the new bill and said, 'here, the manager changed it', still didn't say 'sorry for that confusion' or something! . I was exemplary amused by her rudeness and racism, I am sure, have we been a Caucasian family and not Asian, she will treat the situation very differently and treat us very differently, at least with respect and I am definite, she would have apologized. JEANETTE IS DEFINITELY WORKING IN A WRONG PLACE, WRONG POSITION AND SHOULD BE EXPELLED!) Will never come back to this branch. I normally tip 20%, I gave this rude server $0 tip, that's what she deserved!! ----> Clean, spacious, cozy place. Food tastes great. Accommodating staffs. - - - < (this was 5 months ago, March 2021)

Great experience, went here Friday afternoon and they were fairly busy but we got a table right away. The food was good, fish and chips was fantastic really fresh and not too oily. The drink menu is always good here too with variety of different options and some colorful drinks to pick from. Also they have crayons so if you go with kids they are entertained

Being a local chain it is evident that you will find dishes with varied food, comforting and with good ingredients. The service was a bit slow and I found the place run down in terms of cleanliness. The food seemed good and abundant. moderate prices but not cheap. I would return to try the breakfasts.

Moving day & the crew was famished. Stopped in for a tasty bite to fuel up before continuing with the journey that is moving. We noticed the Carolina BBQ burger. So grateful that we did! This is a delight. Paired with the Spot Salad this was a flavourful meal. So very good. You should try it! The service today was outstanding. Attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and inviting. A great break in our busy day. I'd say this was the best White Spot experience I've had.
