If your thing is sub-par sushi, teriyaki, and pretty much everything else, then this is the place for you. Way overpriced for the quality of their food, the sushi is especially just like... Did you try? To be fair, it is in a food court in a mall, but the sushi place they had here before they renevated was actually decent and great value(lots of sushi for very cheap), so this just does not stack up. The one thing I'll give this place is that they are very very fast, so maybe this would be good for a lunch rush if you feel like dropping $15 on palatable "japanese" food.

13.50pre tax for chicken teriyaki with the portion size for a 10year old. The little amount of chicken I received is quite ridiculous. Not coming here again.

Never will I eat here again! Disgusting when the guy who puts his hands on your vegetables touches and texts on his phone in between customer then sticks his hands in the mushrooms and throws them on the grill. Then ignores you when you ask him to wash his hands. On too of that the assorted tampira wasnt fully cooked. Questionable meat as well chicken shouldn't look like that.

Horrible horrible service! I cannot believe I was treated like I was today! I am drinking my coffee in one hand shopping bags in the other and proceed to come to the order counter where there is a huge plexi glass plus lady has mask. She started yelling at me shouting you out mask on! I said can I please order… I Explained I’m 6 feet from you plus there’s plexi plus you have a mask on. I could not even find my mask with my arms full so I’m ask again, can I please place my order? . No way she screamed at me holding a mask sign up now at me behind the plexi glass… wow, time to leave and feeling very humiliated and discriminated against I walked away and moved to the next food spot and was treated with kindness and respect. I sat and ate my lunch and looked around the food court and realized 90 % vaxed here plus wearing masks plus plexi plus 6 ft etc Hand sanitizer, tapping everything we are never ever going back to normal. Masks on standing no masks sitting. COvid can only be transferred by standing apparently. Insanity prevails.

Overpriced noodles and beef. 12$ for a simple plate is a bit ridiculous. I’d expect this from downtown but park royal. No way. No vegetables included in the beef stir fry and one small piece of broccoli. Would not recommend.

Me: can I have a cup of water? The guy: Nope! Me: I'm sorry? The guy: your meal comes with Miso soup. Hmm lol ok. Besides the horrible customer service the food is overpriced and bad quality. Ordered a bento box and there was very little teriyaki (they even took some off the plate) and the tempura was brown.

DONT EAT AT HERO EXPECTING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Horrible experience with a moody female staff member. 1) I asked kindly for California rolls with NO avocado, later found she didn't hear my request. Insted of making me a fresh batch, she got all upset raising her voice in frustration and grabed a pre-made, non-avocado set somehow blaming me..... the customer for her mistake. 2) I also asked for a cup of water. She gives me this small stiraphom cup with a little bit of H2O, finishing it in seconds. I ask kindly if she could get me a refill. She yells at me looking angry and bothered that I asked. One of her kind male staff member directed me to the sink by Booster Juice. Its disappointing to be treated like the way I was, especially durring the Christmas Holiday. The insadent really ruined my day.
