★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant make it from one end of the store to the other end without being approached by a member of your staff. They are a little bit too clingy in my opinion, it’s nice that they care but I want space. It feels like they are by my side at all times while I’m shopping and it’s a liiiill bit disturbing :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/23/21 I am editing this because I want to recognize an amazing staff member. I went in to buy my girls a treat and was met by Maxwell. Maxwell was sweet and knowledgeable. When I told them what I was doing, the first thing they asked was, what are you doing for you? They suggested a wonderful body lotion and let me know that the money went to charity to help sustainable farming and community projects that enrich our Canadian ecosystems. Not only did I treat myself, but helped a great cause as well. Thank you Maxwell and Jeanette! You're both amazing and I will definitely be back
Lush is my favourite guilty pleasure. The staff is wonderful and remembers me when I come in. Products are very nice and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back many times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer this Lush store over all of the Lush stores I have been to in the Lower Mainland.
The reason why I prefer this store is that every time I come here they are nice, helpful, but most importantly they also don't overwhelm me with awkward/irrelevant open-ended questions from numerous employees in the store (which has been my experience almost every time at other Lush locations... ahhh!). When I am in the area, I make an effort to get my Lush products here because I love most of the products and I can shop in comfort with "space" :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of weeks ago, I happened to be in the area and I walked into this LUSH store looking for my favourite soap. I wish I lived closer! The service I had, by a sales rep named Luna, was truly exceptional!! She quickly hooked me up with my favourite products, suggested great new ideas for both my partner and I, and gave us lots of great skin & hair care advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that they have low- to zero waste products. I love how everything smells amazing. I appreciate that as many ingredients as possible are natural. I appreciate that the products are vegan and cruelty-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am done with this company as of today. I was harassed by a staff member because she did not witness me sanitizing my hands and was trying to prevent me from purchasing ONE item. I have ripped open cuticles that are extremely sensitive so I use a special sanitizer that does not burn my open sores. Not once did I question her cleanliness. Absolutely rude. Done. I would rather spend my money in places where I don't have to "prove" to others I sanitize my hands.
Lush, you used to be better than this. And get better training on customer service. This was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Lush during a little visit and wanted to spoil myself to some bath products. I was completely clueless on knowing what to get and felt a bit overwhelmed with so much to pick from. The lady that helped me was patient, gave good suggestions, listened to what scents I like and was very helpful. I ended up buying 3 items. If I could say anything negative I'd say that the prices are high for what you get, the one item that was supposed to bubble didn't and the scent didn't last on my skin. I would buy from here again but only as a special treat. The customer service A+ though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely experience in this store! My girls had some Christmas money to spend and were interested in checking out the goodies here. We came into the shop about 10 mins from closing but that didn’t deter the staff from giving us all the awesome low down on their holiday sales and other cool items they had. I loved that the staff were inclusive with my girls (age 10 & 12) and went out their way to make sure they were informed and all their questions answered! They both made some purchases on recommendations and were thrilled to bits! We look forward to visiting again!
