★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve literally never had a bad experience here. I cannot express how fantastic their customer service is, not to mention the teas. I’ve never walked out of a murchies store without being in a noticeably better mood, every employee I’ve ever met for murchies is so so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of high quality teas for great prices and even online shopping is delightful- my packages always come within days of me ordering it and I’m just so pleased to have a store like murchies around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today October 18th in the late afternoon my friend and I visited your Park Royal location which I have used on many occasions to purchase tea, coffee and merchandise. I have always had a good experience shopping there as it is never over busy and the staff always friendly. Unfortunately today was not the case the staff member serving me today was very rude. When I went to pay for my items I called over to my friend to ask if she wanted a coffee, my friend responded I will get them I protested saying I wanted to get them I looked at the cashier as she is rolling her eyes at me and saying very rudely can you make your mind up before I ring this through. I left your store feeling annoyed that she had spoken to me like that. There was no reason for the poor attitude we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to murchies tea as it is a treat for me because I don’t live in Vancouver. I always go to park Royal murchies. The other day I went there for my rose tea and lemon cookie. Two seconds after I pay and before I can gather my stuff the cashier says “you can go now”. I found that very rude and uncalled for. I won’t be back ant time soon.
