★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I would like to warn customers of CIBC not to deal with Financial Advisor Maryam Rastegar. The past few days I have been asking for guidance from Maryam on a couple of issues. She does not take one concerns seriously and just redirects you to a 1 (800) number instead of earning your business and finding out the information for you. When asked what her purpose was in helping my wife and and I at the bank she responded she did not know. I believe Maryam only wants to help you if it benefits her some way. It us a shame Maryam's poor customer service has required me to ask for a new financial advisor. Again I suggest not to deal with Maryam Rastegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been standing in teller line with one other person for 20 mins now. Not a soul near General Inquires kiosk which I also loitered by for another 10 minutes. Staff in offices have made eye contact with doors open but no help. Guess I'll open an account elsewhere... awful customer service here.
Bonus: the photos of staff that flash on the screens here to "help" are laughably angry looking mugshots. No smiling at CIBC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would in the millions. This business resides on indigenous reserve land but it's employees stated that they do not offer any services to indigenous people. Extremely racist. Avoid at all costs. And hey if you feel like stopping in and lecturing them about it. Please do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on a Saturday hoping to make an adjustment to my account and the manager was so helpful and nice. I had tried a cpl other branches already and was frustrated but she smoothed everything over and it was one of the best banking experiences I've had. Thank you so very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cibc overall is great. But this branch, tsk tsk, definitely no respect to customers. There are many branches and many other bank options. I didn’t even bother to ask the name of the disrespectful staff they have here, it just doesn’t matter anymore. This is not the only bank people can go to. Will never be back. I rather drive further to other places or even change to another bank, but I think they won’t even bother to care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service,not so friendly staff,CIBC bank itself is good but the people who works here were like they’re just physically present but not totally into the job. Other branches have the best customer service! Save your time and effort.
