★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using body shop from past 8 years I never had a bad experience until I visited to park royal locations. Laylla the sales associates was horrible. She was literally fighting with me for nothing. Body shop has a great name they should stop hating such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am The Body Shop customer since 2017. The manager today 12/17/21 around 6pm was the worst I've ever experienced. She was really rude and she keep saying that the points is already added to my purchase even though it's not!!! After she argued for 2 minutes she realize that it wasn't added then she start raising her voice and said “ I told you before that it will take 48hrs ” which is supposedly fine for me since I'm a regular customer but then she argued for wrong reason. I ended up returning all my purchases today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience with this location manager today.I presented a promo code that needed manager override. But she never wanted to come out and help us. Associate that was trying to help us tried her best to make it work and also requested for help from her manager, but the manager said she is busy with something else and cannot come out of her office.If helping customers and her own crew is not her priority, what kind of customer service is that? Never going back here.
