★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased my son's van shoes at xmas, open them up and they are a half size to big. SHELLEY the sales clerk will not exchange because I do not have the receipt. I called the 1877 number spoke to the agent who verified that if I was asking for refund I would need the receipt BUT I am exchanging and that is fine. Shelley still not exchange.
I have purchased many can shoes from Park Royal Van store, I can tell you that I will not be returning after this experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a defective pair of shoes. Spoke to the manager Thane, and he us more than willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. His staff were even great with grabbing the sizes we needed. Overall, it was such a great experience and a relief to know that there are still stores that have such great customer service. GREAT JOB THANE AND YOUR TEAM!! we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this store?. Best customer service! They have so many options, carry all sizes, and offer a discount (I think it's tax free) for children's shoes! Even though it is the actual Vans store, I have found their prices to be the same or lower as other stores carrying their shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! We needed a size exchange. They didn't have the exact ones we wanted but the guy was super helpful and we ended up with ones we really liked. Sooo much better to shop for your Vans at the Vans store vs going to somewhere that sells them. Ugh, Boathouse was awful! Terrible service from them. What a difference right next store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of Swirl Slide-Ons and was greeted right away when I walked into the store despite it being quite busy. I knew I what I was looking for and picked up the display shoe. Within seconds, Emil asked if I needed a size and brought everything out in under 5 minutes. I needed a size larger and Emil was available right away to assist again despite the store being very busy on a weekend which was great. He even apologized for the wait and I was like "What wait?!" The whole transaction was very efficient and pleasant and we were treated very well! I would definitely shop at this location again! Thank you to Emil for his help!
