★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Simons in town so unless you live in West or North Van it is a bit of a journey. Luckily they carry a decent selection of fashionable clothes so it is worth the trip. Suggest checking out stuff online first and making sure store has inventory first.

I bought a few shirts for a couple different events and was pleasantly surprised at the variety and price range of the clothing at the store. The staff are usually quite helpful and happy to help. Unfortunately today the staff were quite the opposite. They got annoyed at me (visibly) for using a change room on another side of the store. When the clothing I chose didn't fit, I opted to find some that did. When I went over to the supposed “proper” side to use the change room, the attendant was wary about letting me in because I wasn't 100% sure the size would fit…
Fairly rude, not very customer service friendly and if I’m honest the attendants I dealt with seemed quite arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cute stuff here but I had a recent issue with an order I placed online and wanted to pick up in store. The original package I had ordered was damaged from the flooding, understandable, so they contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I told them I prefer the replacement, and I guess their process is that they would refund the money first and then order the replacement which is fine but I was never informed my replacement arrived until months later until I just got a call from a woman who works there asking if I'm going to pick up my items. I told them I never received a call, or e-mail, she says they don't call I would have gotten an e-mail but I said I never got an e-mail and the woman on the phone made it seem like it's my fault I hadn't picked up the items when I never got the e-mail notifying me it's there in the first place and I should pick it up soon or they'll refund it but I really wish they had better customer service, since I live quite far from Park Royal but this is the only physical store in the lower mainland. I really wish they could work on better service with their communication with customers. Other than that they do have a lot of nice things here.

Excellent service for online purchases, including follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Friendly and very helpful staff in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing! I think this was the single best retail fashion experience I've ever had. The curation and layout of the store is phenomenal and represents an excellent selection of well know brands and designer labels, including Simon's own brands. The customer service here was also top notch and everyone was helpful and you can tell they were happy to be there. Will definitely be returning once the wallet recovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with some of the deals I found on a few clearance items here. Unfortunately it has zero flow, you will be looking at bathing suits with winter gear. Everything is every where all scAttered in different sections... it’s a lot going on. Staff not very friendly or helpful, only engaged when I approached them. Random high high end section a dress for $1500 then low low end a top for 5 bucks. We bought the top :). Pretty changing room but could use a good dusting/cleaning.
