★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an expensive item online and was delayed a couple of weeks which would have set our contractor behind in schedule. With the amazing help of Nisha at the order desk (and her manager Reza), we were able to have it delivered in time for our contractor. I highly recommend Home Depot @ Park Royal for their amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite shopping location. Helpful staff at customer service makes the experience better. One associate named Nisha at customer service helped me find the product I was looking for, and I did not have to feel lost in such a big store. Keep up the good work, folks.

I appreciate the older gentleman who helped me out in the tools section when I had no knowledge on tools or what I was looking for, very kind and helpful. After many bad experiences at other locations, I feel satisfied with my service at this home depot.

Seems like every time I come into home Depot to buy a power tool that's listed as in stock online employees can't see to find it half of the time causing me to go to a competitor. Learn how to manage your inventory better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came by yesterday morning to grab some moving supplies. Was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who helped me find what I was looking for. Amazing service. Especially compared to the experiences I usually have at the Terminal location. I would highly recommend this Home Depot. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is really large and always has a good selection. There is a lot of staff around, and in my experience, have always been really helpful.
Tony was super helpful when I needed some help in the tile section…. I didn’t even need to hunt an employee down; he approached me and even loaded up the tile and helped get it to the car (I was also pushing a stroller). Thanks for being so attentive and helpful Tony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours are good. Quality of paint is excellent. They have stock on most things that I need. Prices are usually OK. No problem if you have to return something. Not much to complain about here except it's pretty much a self serve place. The Husky line of tools is sort of garbage like but works sort of good enough. The inside employees have a tendency to ignore their clients, so don't expect anyone to come over and say "Can I help you?" During the summer, I personally have found their garden dept and the outdoor garden staff to be just excellent.
