★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall atmosphere is friendly but the return policy is a rip off. Had spend a good chunk of money there only to my surprise that they have no refunds only store credit even after 1 day and asking the sales lady clearly which she now says she said exchanges.
She just said she knows other stores do that but theirs doesn't. Even the receipt says it would return certain items.
Now I have a card hanging around and no desire to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location have always been extremely helpful and friendly! The store is also very organized and clean whenever I visit! Seems like this location also tends to have the most availability for items found online which is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oak and Fort has the worst exchange policy I ever experienced! I purchased the jacket online and accidently ordered the wrong size. I understand that I made a mistake, but this is something that I am sure many buyers have done it at least once. I have asked to see if I could exchange the jacket to the right size since it's still available online and obviously they said NO since it's a final sale item. I believe this is very unfair from customer's perspective when items are purchased through online. I realized that Oak and Fort has the most poor quality service and returned policy on their website did not mentioned about online purchaes. Please watch out what you order for any sale items through online. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Really great service! Staff was super friendly and outgoing. A girl named angie was able to suggest some great items for my mom and I when I visited last. A lady named Julmia helped me find an old store credit under my moms account she lost and seemed like no one else can find. Super great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is so...haughty. Last time I went, the two staff members were behind the counter chatting when I entered. They shot us a glance and looked at my friend and I as if we didn't belong there. Being a woc, I'm very aware of the under tone of their superiority. The air of arrogance was really off putting so I got out of there immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite oak & fort. I regularly visit this specific store and it’s always been a friendly welcoming place. The store itself is beautifully maintained and every employee I have met have been super helpful and kind. One time I tried to make an exchange for an item that was not final sale but they refused… I think it was a misunderstanding because I was able to easily exchange for a different size at the oak & fort in Metrotown instead. I wish staff had a better way to know which items you can or cannot exchange/return because I shouldn’t have to go out of my way and travel all the way to metro just to get an exchange. Regardless, I still love to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM. This review is for the online store.
(1) Bought a dress from the online store, unfortunately it didn't fit. Tried to return it and was told there would be no proper refund - only store credit. At the time I tried to be nice and and avoided a fuss, accepted the store credit.
(2) Tried to use said store credit to purchase a sweater online. It said the sweater was in stock for store pick up. Had to follow up for 8 days before I was told actually the store didn't have stock, and again, NO REFUND. Only store credit.
(3) Tried AGAIN to use store credit. Unfortunately half the stuff on the website is out of stock even when the photo says "back in stock" or you set the filters for "online only" and size. Examples in photos.
(4) and yes, I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times before giving this review. They replied to me 3 times each time copy and pasting the same message "Thank you for reaching out to us! We can confirm that we are unable to transfer the amount ___"
TLDR: store does not give proper refunds, only store credit. Except its close to impossible to use said store credit. Avoid the online store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been in here before yesterday because I assumed it was overpriced like Hills or Anthropologie but I saw something in the window I liked and went in. Prices were fair compared to many other places I've been in recently looking for business casual clothes. Things fit me well and I left with a bag full of clothes under $200. Staff were very helpful!
