★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased $400 worth and all the staff ran towards me trying to get my sale ? Girl didn't even wrap my clothes and when checking me out.. radio silence... So awkward! ?
These girls just want your money and will treat you like gum on the bottom of a shoe if you don't benefit them whatsoever, if you like being mistreated go here!
FYI only one girl with short blonde hair was genuine in giving me advice and wasn't pushy so kudos to her! Otherwise everyone ignored me prob because I'm not white - works out for me ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ girls here are ridiculously rude, more so than any other location. would rather huddle around on their phones on the floor talking to each other than help anyone they see outside of their ideal customer. will be shopping online from now on because these girls do not deserve anyones comission.

I recently purchased a super puff and have questions about exchanging for a larger size in the same colour but nobody has answered the phone to help me out.. It would save me a lot of time to know over the phone if they even have the size in stock and if I can bring it in to exchange

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed. I wanted to exchange the item I purchased 2 weeks, but I got told that if the tag is Unattached they can’t exchange or return the item. Even though I have the tag and item were not used at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't really shop in peace without a sales associate asking if you want a room started the second you touch an item. I understand they work on commission but the "nice" attitude towards customers is so fake and makes me not want to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood around holding a bag while my gf shopped, place was insanely busy but sales associates were prompt to ask if help was needed. The line to try things on was a bit mind blowing.. store was clean and tidy though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking to relive your high school days… come here. Mentally the workers never left high school so you’ll feel as if you stepped back in time. I wasn’t greeted once. I wasn’t asked if I needed a fitting room. And I even heard two of the workers talking about a woman in the fitting room, making horrible remarks about how she can barely fit the pants she was trying. TERRIBLE experience. I won’t be back
