R	Romulas G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gap Park Royal, inconsiderate managers with no respect for an newly hired employee. My daughter just turned 18 tackling her first semester of college wanted to get a job to make a little money for Christmas. This was going to be her first job and was immediatley hired by The GAP at Park Royal after handing in her resume. After she attended orientation and given a few shifts, all of a sudden no more communication, no more shifts. She did know that there was an issue with Head Office and her Social Insurance Number but at least a week after she provided a photo copy of her SIN, still no word back. Weeks after being hired, no more calls from her manager, no more hours and no pay cheque to buy buy gifts for Christmas. I feel terrible for my daughter, she is upset and does not understand why this happenned. What a terrible first experience of a job, and now a couple of days before Christmas there is no way to earn some money for Christmas. The managers and in particular the person that hired my daughter should be ashamed of himself and in no way deserve to be in that position. In short our entire family will no longer be shopping at The GAP, and oh yeah Merry Christmas to the management team at the Park Royal Store hope you fell good about yourselves.

On some nights, its open later than other Park Royal stores so its a nice, quiet time to shop. Excellent product selection. A new Starbucks is located a few stores down so it's fun to grab a coffee then shop!
L	Luna G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location because it’s not overly busy and you can find a good amount of stock/sizes. The staff are usually great. There was maybe only one time where one of the people working were not overly helpful when we asked a question but another staff member was quick in assisting us afterwards. Overall I would recommend this Gap!

I asked the staff why she was allowed in the store and was told that Corporate Gap said if someone states they have an exemption then they do not need to wear a mask. My baby and child were with me. This woman was walking around touching everything and close to my child. I won’t be coming here again.

I found a great pair of leggings that she would be excited to wear but they would not sell them to me since they were originally part of a three pack. Even though they were on the floor with other individual items of the same pattern. Since this was the only one in a size 5 I was unable to purchase it and the manager informed me that it would not be sold at all just marked as damaged and disposed of.
