★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to the other H&M stores and they have their fitting rooms open. Not this one. The reason? 5 staff members quit that day. They have 2 staff members working the cash register and the line is all the way to the front and OUTSIDE the store, over a 40 minute wait. Never waited this long, even on Black Friday. Not one sales associate on either level of the store. Absolutely deplorable and a disgusting way to run a business. Would give 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. This location was never great with staff but it's really gone downhill lately. Seems to be all new staff and they care even less than the previous ones. I blame management who seems to be non-existent. Today I made a return of several items I bought at a different location and did not even try on. I was told "Bodysuits are final sale'. I said this must be a new policy as I've returned a bodysuit here before, and I wasn't told final sale when I bought them. She just said 'That's the policy' and shoved them both back in the bag.
Staff act like customers are either invisible or a huge inconvenience. God forbid you ask for help with an item. They will literally run away if they see you coming for help.

The cash crew are absolute useless arrogant people, Wanted to return an item , I proved my debit card is the same , then she took my phone went through my transactions, when I complained why you are doing this , she said this is our policy.
I’m working in retail myself and never ever seen anything like this . H&M should embarrassed by such cons customer service of it’s crew .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this store to shop and unfortunately there was a little manager girl who was very rude. The price of a pair of pants in the company's own app was 12$ but it was sold to us for 21$ and no matter how much I talked to this girl, she answered me aggressively and rudely. I'm so sorry to H&M and I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is currently a really good sale asks bogo event on in the h&m in Park Royal. The fitting rooms are closed because of covid-19, but this can return even sale items as a result.
The store is huge with a great selection of children, men's and ladies wear at reasonable prices. The shop is bright and well laid out, with fun fashion!
