★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, Chris Mc Leod is the branch manager of this branch that I think he does not even deserve to be a teller ! He is a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional person. I applied for getting a credit card for my company that he never proceeded and answered my emails. It took one month that I followed up for nothing as he did nothing. Each time I had to go to the branch personally as he didn't answered my email. At the end I told him to pull out the application !

I asked for help with something I couldn't find on their website and she just kept telling me to go back to the site and figure it out myself. Not only was she extremely rude but she lacked any knowledge of her co-workers and who could help me. As far as she was concerned, my question was not her problem. She was the only one at the branch I was allowed to talk to, when I tried to get help from another person she stepped in between us and answered my questions to him FOR HIM! She was completely unprofessional. I will be cancelling my membership with Scotia and I will be going over to CIBC as I got much better Customer Service at their branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mannager is rude I don’t talk to my dog the way she talked to me none of the staff are trained and have no idea what they are doing don’t open an account. it will be a headache never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time. Go to a different location. This is not proper customer service, poor business practice and shows they have no respect for their customer’s time or needs.
If I could give this location a ZERO star rating I would.
I booked an appointment TWO WEEKS in advance due to a schedule that does not work with their hours and most locations not being open on a weekend, plus I live in almost Squamish. After an extremely busy week, I got up super early, on the Saturday of my appointment, to fit in my other appointments and errands, which took me from almost Squamish, to Vancouver, Burnaby and then New West. I finished everything and raced to my appointment at Park Royal, only to get there and have to wait to find out there is no receptionist and I now had to wait for the tellers to finish helping customers so they could let the financial advisor know. I was asked to wait to the side for the other teller to finish, which took about 10 minutes. At this point I was waiting 20 minutes only to then be told that the advisor wasn’t even in the office that day.
This was not a last minute appointment. I booked this two weeks in advanced and then had to waste my time to wait to find out he wasn’t in the office, when the other girl I originally spoke to at the desk could’ve told me that in the first place instead of making me wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager came to me with a loud voice who told you to come here go to your main branch!! staff never know what they are doing do not open an account with them. the manager doesn’t have a brain if she talk to me like that i wonder how she talks to staff yikes. bank account is definitely closed taking my business to another bank and i just sold my apartment waiting for the cheque what a bunch of jokes
