I was going to buy an Apple Watch but even the manager didn’t have enough information to guide us what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible. I got something online and went to exchange for size. On the website, it showed that the size was in stock, but when I went to look, I couldn't find my size, so I went to ask the staff. I was told that if it wasn't displayed there, the size wasn't available. Then I went to the cashier for a refund instead and tried to ask one more time. The staff scanned the barcode and told me it was available and had asked another staff to help get it for me, but nobody responded for three times. I got what I wanted in the end, but if I went with what the first staff told me when he was being lazy, I would not have gotten it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s rare you can actually find anything in this store other than shoes. Every other department is such a mess and there’s too few staff around to actually be helpful. Best to shop online and just use this location to do returns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience this past week, spent 30 minutes waiting to get someone to help me in Mens shoes. One person in shoes, tried flagging him down by waving a pair of shoes he saw me and turned around ignored me. 2 people working ecommerce asked me if I needed some help after telling them I did they turned around and walked away. I finally went over to the person working in shoes and explained that I've been waiting close to 30 minutes and I would like to talk with a manager, 10 minutes later manager comes over and sort of apologizes but didn't resolved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Add me to the list of people who agree that this Sportchek has the worst customer service. I am impressed that they have gotten away with such mediocrity for so long and corporate still has not done anything about it (or they might just not care). Consider it a good day if the merchandise is cleanly folded and easy to shop through, and if there is a worker who will let you into a fitting room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is horrible, absolutely horrible. No respect for the customers time, and no one knows how to help. The only way you get some service here is if you personally know one of the employees.
Getting shoes here is the most frustrating thing you can do. I had to wait ten minutes for an employee to come and ask for my shoes size, and waited 20 minutes for him to bring me shoes WITH THE WRONG SIZE (keep in mind this was not a busy time, I was the only one there buying shoes). On other occasions I just left because no one was there to help, the employees kept just calling other employees to come help me.
I had too many bad experiences at this store, never going back again.
Save yourself the time and trouble. Go buy from somewhere else.

Amazing array of product -- gym training (bars, weights, straps, gloves, protein - supplements etc.) / sports equipment (basketball, football, baseball, biking + more). Service Shop for biking and snowboarding/skiing, in season.
UA and Nike clothing selection superb. At times, stock selection in med + large can be a bit spotty, but when I asked a sales leader to check for some grey UA joggers and shorts in another store, she gladly did, and found them downtown.
Top 5 destination in Park Royal.
