★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin. Like the other reviewer I too attempted to call ahead to confirm they had the shoe and size I needed. I tried several times on several days and NEVER did they answer the phone. I finally drove to the store. Store was crowded, several staff working with one person, I wonder how many staff does it take to find a pair of shoes in the back room? The line was long to check out, Oh! the registers were down, no one was able to pay. People were putting their boxes down and walking out of the store in frustration. Poor customer service, I had to ask if they would check another store, I had to ask if they carried a similar style etc. When I asked a question I was met with a blank stare. If the shoe you are looking for is available somewhere else, don't waste you time here as it will be just that....a waste of time. If you have no other choice be prepared for a long wait, possibly several trips back and forth and if you are lucky you might be able to pay for your shoes and get out successfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today to look for shoes for work (I have the worst time finding shoes that are comfy to be in for a whole day). After asking to try on a few pairs and having no luck in my size the AMAZING employee who was helping me brought out 2 different pairs she thought I may like, even thiugh I didn't request the pairs. They were both super my style and along the lines of what I was looking for!! I even bought one of them. I was blown away by her thoughtfulness and such outstanding customer service - even though they were really busy while I was in the store! Thank you for being so great at your job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had bought a pair of shoes from SoftMoc at the Outlet Mall In Richmond. The sales person told my wife that she could try the shoes out and if it did not work out, she can return it for a store credit at any SoftMoc outlet within 90 days. He specifically told us that a full refund is only possible within 30 days & the shoes must not have been worn. At which point we thanked him & said that we do have a SoftMoc near where we live in West Vancouver.
My wife wore the shoes twice & noticed that it caused her intense pain so we decided to return the shoes for a store credit since the shoes have been worn. We went to SoftMoc at Park Royal to perform the task. The person that handled us was so rude. She look at the back of the shoes & used the term "disgusting" twice, which was uncalled for. The shoes were worn outside the house & of course the soles looked the part. She then said "she cannot take it back" as "she cannot sell it" in an infuriated tone. At this point we wanted nothing to do with this unprofessional person (the assistant manager) & asked to speak to the Manager instead. A nice young lady showed up & explained to us calmly that the store policy was store credit only works if the shoes were not worn outside. She then advised us to visit the SoftMoc outlet at the Outlet Mall to clear things with the sales staff there.
Looking up Google Review (SoftMoc Park Royal) to see a business with a 2.5 rating is a clear sign to stay away. SoftMoc Corporate Office should look at this & seek immediate redress. Allowing poor customer service to fester is surely not being responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live a ferry ride away... I read some reviews for WV Softmoc and thought wow so many unhappy customers... I went early morn. I knew what I wanted. Within 5 mins of opening the older woman, working alone had 4-5 (bossy) customers and handled it like a champ with grace humour and well wishes as I head out the door in my new Redback Chelsea boot actually made in Australia and put Blundstones to shame comfort and durability wise. Would shop here again for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the third time in 2 months that I have walked out of this location. They always have one person on and a line of people waiting to be attended to. They have nice shoes but I don’t get why they are so understaffed. The few times I have been here I have been ready to buy several pairs of shows for my family but I end up walking out and over to Shoe Warehouse where the service is good. I would say they have lost out on hundreds of dollars from me and I just saw another woman leave to. Get some staff and your store will do better :/
