★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store policies. I tried to return a defective item within the return period and got all sorts of excuses about different regions and new systems. Wouldn't offer store credit or exchange the item. Nothing whatsoever. I'll never shop here again as I will not support a store that doesn't support loyal customers and refuses to take back defective items (and I reiterate, within the return period!!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a jacket for Christmas, asked for a gift recipe & made sure that he can get his money back if it doesn't fit. When it came to bring it back, they wouldn't reimbursed with the gift recipe the manager with a rude attitude said that's the policy. With only original recipe if not than a gift card. I'm extremely disappointed, I took time to asked before my purchase and was told yes full refund with gift recipe and when bringing it back they change their story. Manager was rude bad attitude and walk away has I was explaining to her I even told her I have the recipe and she still gave me a bad attitude and walked away to just stand there doing nothing and left me there waiting until finally another cashier served us. Well lucky I was with him and had the recipe but they didn't have to treat us like that when it's them that should train their employees to not just say yes just to get people to buy there clothes. And stop being rude with customer when it's absolutely not necessary. Love the store but will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff and great selection of items for the alternative crowd. I’ve wanted to come to a hot topic since I was a teen (I’m from Ireland) and finally lived out my dream (and spent wayyyy too much money ?). They have great sales and offers and I don’t think I actually paid full price for anything. Got some great items especially Star Wars, Panic at the Disco, Pokemon and more!
