Excellent customer service. Special credits to the store manager GEORGINA. It was a mistake I made with my purchase . The exchange process was made fluent by her . It really matters being a student . The amount was huge ,so it mattered more. I am grateful to her and the brand. Thank you !

Probably the worst Zara for customer service in all of Canada (and I have visited them all). The manger was on a power trip of some sort. Never coming back to this location

Poor customer service! My wife picked a maxi jacket, went to pay for it and realized 30% higher price before tapping the card at the counter!! The young lady asked for the supervisor, who after a quick look just flashed a phone at us and said "this is the actual price"! Turns out the tag was wrong on all items of that specific coat in store. This happens sometimes, but often stores accept the mistake, charge the tagged price to value customers' time looking, trying out and waiting in the line, and fix the problem later, but here there was not even a "we are sorry" or "there appears to be mistake", etc. Arrogant and indifferent to the inconvonience that was made...

They don't even sell the clothes from the store window anymore. Also there's dust between the corridors. When I worked for a retail store, these were basics to take care of daily.

Kinda disappointed. Went in first time since a lot of people said they had great prices and good clearance items. Went and didn't see any. Got 2 regular items and asked the cashier if they had a sale or clearance section that I missed. She said no and gave me a look like I was crazy. I asked if they ever do have sales and she said only on black Friday and boxing day. I asked what kind of sales are they and she said whatever sale they feel like doing. So helpful. Anyways I waited to pay and she told that I can pay with the machine. And pointed to it. I have no idea how much it was and said I don't pay anything till I'm told how much it it. She told me the price and told me the screen was on the counter, which I didn't know. Like how rude and inconsiderate can she be. I never been to zara before and that's how I get treated. Please keep in mind I don't read mind and do not assume I know everything.

To be honest, I also go there to shopping but this time was very disappointed. We were asking two female staffs in men section for help to find a product, but the answer was: we don’t help people to find on sale products, u can find it by yourself. [Jan 22nd]

First time here and no one helped me. Actually didn't even acknowledge me. I was dressed up, ready to spend a good amount, had my arms full of items (could barely hold there was so much). Not sure why staff is so rude and snotty. It's Zara.....not Dior! Get over yourselves and help customers. That IS your job! If someone would have acknowledged me I would have bought something. Instead I left empty handed and went to other shops where they treat customers like humans. Shame on you guys!

I wish I could give no star at all. The upper management should have a hard look in this store and staff attitude. Not only me, but my family and friend that were a loyal customer of this store either chose different location or simply take their business elsewhere. It is very disappointing that such a great company and beautiful selection and big store has been poorly managed. Staff are rude and they are trying to ignore customers in the floor, if you need a help to find an item and ask for help then good luck, they simply turn you away. When it comes to exchange/ return they are bending the rules for their friends and selected customers and give a bad attitude to the others, I have been witnessed this many times when I was waiting in the line. Management are very rude and offer zero help with anything, even a simple concern. I have been working in retail my entire life and I am very understanding of the pressure and retail environment, but I have not seen or experienced anything thing like this. The Asian manager simply told me "you can choose another store if you are not happy" when simply I brought my concern to her that she might appreciate that to the training point. My friend tried to staff member for the return item with tagged and the receipt attached with only one day passed, and that staff said if manager likes to give store credit, he would do if doesn't like you, he wouldn't do! Is that really the type of service Zara tolerate? Is this the company culture that this store is allowed to practice? In this days customers have option of online shopping or competition, If we choose to go to the stores, it's the service that we look for not the attitude. I hope management take this seriously and make some changes in this location management. We love the store and Zara's fashion and shouldn't some management attitude and bad habit and behaviour prevents customers from shopping at Zara ParkRoyal.
