★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, and a decent selection of hardware and electronic goo-gads/paraphernalia. Just bought two SD cards from there today, and while I am sure I could have found them for cheaper online, it pays to have knowledgeable staff on hand for enquiries and advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After resisting upgrading my iPhone6 for years and years, I finally decided to take the plunge (only because some programs weren’t able to upgrade/download on my phone anymore). I reluctantly went to the mall, and my daughter pointed out The Source to me, which had never registered in my brain before. I was immediately approached by a courteous young man, KARAN, who, without any pressure whatsoever, answered my myriad questions and was very patient with my ignorance. I had to leave for an appointment, but he gave me all his notes to review; I returned later that night to buy the new phone; Karan spent 1.75 hours with me, including 1hour after the mall had closed, helping me transfer all my files from my old phone. I don’t think I’ve ever benefitted from such careful attention and good service from a salesperson before! I highly recommend Karan. Incidentally, before heading back, I walked down to the Rogers store in the mall (because I’ve been with Rogers since the dawn of time). The two salesmen there, who were both with customers, did not look up once at me while I waited right in front of them for about 10 minutes. When one of them finally decided to pay me some attention, and I told him I was interested in buying the iPhone **, he simply said “we’re out of stock”, and nothing more! I was flabbergasted.

Not only was Robert knowledgeable and patient, he was attentive and determined to help.me find the product I was looking for. He also took the time to call and try to locate an unique coaxial coupler and even tried to search on the internet for me. I highly commend him for his professionalism and super great service! Robert if you're reading this, I appreciated your help and thank you so much again.
