★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to renew my plan with Fido and I wanted new Samsung S7. They had phone in Stock with my color preference at that location so I drove there from downtown. When I get there My sells rep was Pedram and I wish all cell stores could have member like him! Profesional, helpful, friendly and authentic guy. He was eager to pick up the phone and call Fido just to make sure all agreements I've made over the phone it will apply to my new plan. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and even tho he wasn't sure about sth, he called again to confirm! What a service! He is also owner of the same phone I was getting so he explain to me all cool stuff with Profesional and friendly manner. If you going to get new phone, or you looking for better monthly plan don't hesitate any longer and go to this store and ask for him. He is legit and cool like open arms back flip ! Thanks again mate, you made all purchasing process fun and easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at your kiosk in Park Royal have very poor product knowledge and bad service, especially an Asian man (I'm also Asian) who acted like he was the manager, told me the feature I wanted was not included in a plan I wanted to buy. And when I pointed out on the brochure that it was actually included to him, he said "whatever." He has poor product knowledge, is rude and condescending to customers. I give it one star because another tech., Padman, was excellent but he does work there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was here to get a Value Pack for US Call Forwarding. The 2 very nice guys in the store helped me very much.
They were patient.
They were very knowledgeable.
They even called a number and made sure everything is in right direction.
I had problem finding Call Forwarding setting on my phone, they both spent some minutes to find that and even Google'ed about it.
Everything was amazing. I wished I had asked their names and mentioned here.
I'm telling now to the store owner, the 2 guys at Fido Store, in Park Royal, Friday night at 6 pm, March 13th, 2020, were amazing. Thank you guys. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience, I find Fido scammers, not honest people working there, they just want to sell plans and new phones... without any proper information,,, poor customer service... most importantly They will not even try to fix the issue they caused...
Don’t recommend Fido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost access to a joint plan / account from a different provider after my husband tragically died. And so I went to Fido at the PR. A very friendly staff member (Hopefully I am spelling the name right - Parham) helped me with everything - he answered all my questions, explained everything, set me up and provided all the numbers that I can call once I clarify the situation with the other provider. He signed me for the best possible plan and nothing extra than I wouldn't use. I think he is not only a great employee but also just a very good person that helped me when I was in need. I think people like him are worth celebrating. always. thank you
