★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection was lacking, but I must say that the customer service was outstanding. A gentleman named Nima was very helpful despite this location not having what I was looking for. Wish I could have bought something to show my gratitude but I'm looking for something specific.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased prepaid vouchers for my phone today at the source Capilano mall. The customer service representative - Jeffrey asked me my name, gave him a perplexed look and gave him my name with a question.. why did you ask for it. Jeffrey said Its because the last I came I left in a rush and they kept the source voucher (free_ win) for me until I came back next time.
The customer service was excellent.. Good work Jeffrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give one star because I feel they did try and give good customer service, but the incident that took place is wrong and embarrassing for everyone involved. Long story short AVOID AT ALL COSTS. save yourself time headache and harassment. Find another store to purchase your goods.
Long story long version:
Whether it's uneducated staff or staff that is just trying to make a sale I am now currently being harassed by collections agencies Because of the false information I was given. I've sent both virgin and the source to BBB. I figure it out guys.
