His diagnostics tool found the problem with the phone. Today I resolved the issue. Thank you Behnard for your friendly, prompt service. All at no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get your phone repaired here. Got referred here by the apple website as they are *certified apple repair technicians* my same day repair for a cracked screen turned into a 3 day repair, then I got my phone back and the audio was broken (which it wasn’t before the repair).
He told me it would be a week to get in the new part to fix the audio. I decided to bring it to a real apple store and they did a same day repair for me and they told me that he didn’t even replace the screen properly and made a huge mess of the waterproofing. They also said they don’t know why he released the phone to me because two issues showed up on the diagnostic test that he should have ran. They had to redo his first repair and also fix the audio that he broke.
All the while I thought the guy was being honest and nice to me he was just lying right to my face and trying to make me to believe this was all normal procedure. The funny part is he never even called me back once he got the part in stock. Waste of time and money.
