Great staff and very helpful, they usually have 5 staff members working, but you may halfto to wait as they are definitely busy, also they take the time to answer any and all questions. Store is staff is top notch!

Need to find a better way for waiting customers. There is no "take a number" and no way to know how long a wait is. Appointments take time. Give customers some respect. I should not have to wait 30 minutes and still not know how long my wait is. If appointments are preferred as at mobility store on Lonsdale then say so! I left.

Sheavon was the person who helped me today at store. The level of knowledge and customer service was outstanding, she helped me a lot with an excellent patience. I have few employees at my company and totally understand employee's like Sheavon is a an asset for companies like Telus.....

Because the Telus service in Lynn Valley is so good I was shocked at how offensive, disrespectful and unpleasant the 2 clerks were when my friend went into this place yesterday. We went up to the male clerk first who looked at us like we were dirt and said he was busy and told us to go to the female clerk next to him. Once again, no smiles, no "hello" just a look of cold indifference and obvious disinterest in anything to do with us. I had come to pay a bill that seemed to be a huge problem when I tried for over an hour to pay on the phone the day before. I had hoped I could get it processed there but for some reason they could not do it either. I was not rude nor did I swear but I did tell them how glad I was that I was now with SHAW and would not have to deal with Telus again. As we were leaving the male clerk was yelling things at us until we got to the door, I have lived in North Van for my entire 75 years and I have never been treated in such a despicable and hateful manner ever before. There are very clearly some discrimination issues in this store and one seems certainly aimed towards seniors. Thank heavens I will never have to go into that place again and I am even more thankful there are choices such as SHAW

Store has got bigger compared to couple years ago. I was there few weeks ago with my wife and I got a phone from Amir, he transferred all my data, explained the pricing well and went over the contract very clearly and he even helped me recover my Facebook . The store can get busy so they might put customers in a line. I don't know what all these negative reviews are for, but I personally had a good experience and I am certain so many other customer have similar experiences.
