A	Anita Erasmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean, very satisfied with the service I received. Being in Capilano Mall, parking is no problem and free, which is a huge plus. They do both acrylic and gel, which is also what I need. Will visit again.

Didn't even know how to take the nail polish off, kept telling me I had gel, when i clearly knew it was just a regular nail polish. Didn't clean the cuticles just scratched my nails, kept cutting my fingers to the point I was bleeding. Didn't know how to shape, all of my nails ended up being different length and shape. Looked like this was her first time ever doing manicure. I doubt these people have any sort of training. Hope they read these reviews and improve, it's not okay to charge money for the lack of service they provide.

She had such terrible service and poor quality nails in her past visits she never wants to go back. Of course they refused to refund the gift certificate so I might as well have flushed a $100 down the toilet.

However when I got there I sat in the chair until 2:40pm and they still hadn’t serviced me because they were busy. Once a lady became available instead of coming to me because I was next she serviced a lady who came in 40 after me. This is isn’t acceptable, if they don’t have time they shouldn’t book me in and waste my afternoon!!!

I have been there two times with my friend, I am so unsatisfied and never visiting there again. The first visit, SHE CUT MY HAND WITH AN ELECTRIC FILER AND MY FINGER WAS BLEEDING. SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE and she was kept on repeating "IT'S OKAY, IT"S OKAY". ALSO, she was keep HITTING MY HAND when she needed my other hand to do the nail polish. There are many other solutions rather than just hitting me on the hand, like asking with words POLITELY. The second visit, I have made a reservation at 5PM, but I WAS ABLE TO GET MY NAILS STARTED AFTER AN HOUR LATER! The same lady did my nails, I asked her if the nails on the left image is possible, then she told me yes, however the result turned out like the image on the right, it was so DISAPPOINTING AND UGLY!!!! WASTED A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING.

I thought I had been clear enough when mentioning over the phone that I wanted a regular pedicure and that I had a gift certificate for it. Apparently not, seeing as I was given shellac instead. For context I have never had shellac done before so I didn't know what the process looked like in comparison to a regular pedicure. I was also on my phone most of the time, hence why I never realized I had been given the wrong pedicure. It was only when I presented the previously mentioned gift certificate that I was told they had given me shellac. They even attempted to charge me the difference for their mistake. Lesson learnt to double check your technician is giving you the right treatment, and to never come back here since their customer service is horrible.
G	Glow Yourface on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a terrible acrylic nail service that damages my nails permanently. Two of nails were burned with the triming machine. It was very painful. The nails were badly shaped, smaller than my finger tip, and misaligned- sticked outside of my actual nails (as shown in the photos). I called to have them completely removed. I was asked to come back the following day at noon. I came back on Feb 13th, 2022 to get them removed and asked for a refund. Kate was very rude and told me “i did my best” i can’t remove them and i am not going to give you a refund” I asked to speak to the manager, she said she is not here and you can email her. I had the appointment at noon to remove them, I ended up waiting from 12 to 1 pm then she decide to trim instead, super short because she can’t remove them all. At least she could have made them shaped well instead of leaving me with short nails that I was stuck with now. It has been been very draining experience. Now it is costing me more to go through medical treatment to heal my nails. I would not recommend this place at all. The worse place. Lack of experience, and hygiene . Save your time and go to a place that worth your time and money.
