Rachel is so nice and so accommodating. Her technique is so good my eyes didn’t hurt at all during the process. My retention wasn’t as good but that’s probably my own fault.

I have been getting eyelash extensions done for a while now, and Rachel is by far the best technician I have ever had. Not only is she always kind and welcoming, she is so professional and gentle during her work that I am relaxed to the point where I often fall asleep! Her eyelashes look amazingly natural and even though it is far for me to drive to North Vancouver to see her, it is always worth the trip. I would highly recommend her, as her prices are very reasonable and you will definitely be happy with her work.

Rachel is beyond amazing and the results are incredible and I had some of my lashes last over a month. Rachel is flexible and accommodating with appointment times and even opened up early one day to meet with me. The pricing is extremely great value and I cannot recommend her services more highly.

I started going to Rachel in November 2020 after finding my last lash technician just not someone I should be going to. My first impression of Rachel was how welcoming and sweet she was. The first visit she made sure to ask me what I wanted and how I wanted the lashes to be and just make sure that everything was perfect before application. There has never been a lash technician that I’ve gone to that is as gentle as Rachel and pay this much attention to detail. Rachel hold herself to very high standards and her pricing is beyond amazing. The environment is also very cozy and relaxing. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions nonstop from her for the past six months and my natural lashes are so strong and healthy. In the past I’ve had problems with my eyelashes falling out with eyelash extensions but ever since I’ve gone to Rachel, that has never happened. Rachel is beyond flexible with her schedule and always makes sure to do her very best to please her clients. Plus, I get so many compliments on my lashes from my friends after going to Rachel. I had a very small problem with some lash extensions falling out back in February and I reached out to Rachel and she was very informative and very very sweet. The problem was totally users error as I asked for a fill so some of the other lash extensions from the last appointment were starting to come loose but she was super understanding and immediately asked when I have time so she can fix that to my liking. She also immediately offered a refund saying it was her job not well done when it was totally and completely my fault for not realizing that it was a fill and not a new set! There was also one time where she had a problem and had to cancel one of my appointments and during the next appointment she wouldn’t even let me pay for the removal because she felt bad. Rachel is truly someone with such a pure heart that it’s also very hard-working and does amazing at her job. I am beyond grateful to have come across a lash technician that is as great as her. Rachel is professional and very gentle to a point where almost every appointment I fall asleep and sleep super well. I cannot recommend any other technicians more than her!

I’ve been seeing Rachel for over 3 years now and I absolutely love her! I’ve referred her to several of my friends over the years as she is incredibly kind, highly skilled, and is always super accommodating. Her booking platform is easy to use, and the ambiance in her lash room is comfortable, soothing, and relaxing - I usually end up taking a nap during my appointments. My retention is amazing as well, and for the most part, 3 weeks between fill appointments are perfect.
