★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salt cave itself was nice and relaxing, tragically paired with bad customer service and some misleading on the website.
Walked in with my partner expecting an enjoyable evening to a rude receptionist who acted like she just woke up and took it out on us for waking her.
She checked emails for a full 10 minutes before acknowledging we were there (no one else was in the room), then tells me there's an extra charge for a second person in the private salt room when there was no previous mention of this during reservation online. I tried to ask why this is the case and she increased her volume and says the exact same sentence twice.
Takes another five minutes to usher us into the change room, then salt room; and last minute said we needed to remove shoes after we went inside. Bangs are heard throughout the 40 minutes in there, then a rude loud rapping on the door when we were near done.
All of her words were short, rude, and without any formality (could look at us while speaking?). What are we, your unwanted children? Never returning and NOT recommended even though the salts actually felt like they helped. Your receptionist clearly hates her job.
Please also fix your website asking clients to bring their own yoga mats when they don't need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is unique, different and is very calm am relaxing from the moment you come in. The message though, is not worth going for. It is cheaper than other places but it felt someone for the first time doing a massage. I wasn’t able to relax which was the whole point. Maybe i was unlucky with the therapist but I won’t go back for a massage. Maybe for sound bath! The staff was kind. Hope my honesty is useful, I wished I had known before going.
