★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karl Dahan is an excellent RMT. Attentive, knowledgeable, and wants to genuinely help. His trigger point and myofascial release techniques are fantastic. Ask for the QLs, you won’t regret it. The other staff I’ve bumped into are also kind and efficient. I was on the fence about dropping a star because of no direct billing with my benefits provider, but they do offer some direct billing for other providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting going here when I was pregnant to get massages to alleviate my lower back pain. The RMT was Valeria and she is good. She might go soft but you just request to go a bit harder. I recently started getting chiro treatment as well and Andreas Stridslandwas absolutely amazing. Very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. After 1 treatment I already felt so much better. Looking forward to more sessions with him.

I’ve had many injuries over that period and every time she adapted her technique to best suit my needs at the time. She’s incredibly versatile and so much strength. I very much recommend her.
