She is an amazing listener, and her compassion for people shines through everything she does. She has counselled me many times through very difficult periods in my life and has always helped me to see myself in the bigger picture, to love myself and make healthy choices. I have struggled with depression and anxiety and always seek her out when I am having trouble coping. She has helped me to be a more open, thoughtful person and find my voice when it was most difficult. I highly recommend her services!

Listens wisely and reflects the other person's words with a close attention to the person's underlying needs. Her interest in existential matters also make her work deeply rooted in the heart of psychology. On top of that, she is an excellent sexual health educator. I highly recommend her!

I've seen a huge improvement in how I manage my anxiety and am a lot more productive. I used the free intro session to meet Roja and find out about her process. Roja makes me feel like I am a priority. She is very experienced and solution-focused, giving me things to work on between sessions as well, like books to read and self-help techniques. Also, other people in my life have commented that they have noticed a change in me.

I have trusted her and her work from the beginning of our sessions together and it has been very easy for me to connect with her. She uses the most amazing techniques during her therapy sessions and always has positive unconditional regards for the wellbeing of her clients. She allows her clients to explore their own thoughts, feelings, experiences, and develop an understanding and acceptance of their own emotions. I have never been unable to express myself during our sessions because she is genuinely open and makes me feel very comfortable, safe, and confident that my confidentiality will be maintained at all times. She is extremely encouraging and supportive. Ms. Roja has always been empathetic and understanding and always tries to see things from my perspective and demonstrates an investment of her time and full attention towards me and our time together. She has helped me to explore change in my life and has provided me with acceptance and indisputable care. I highly respect her as my counsellor and will have unconditional positive regards for her and the work she does forever.
