They clearly lack information on the matter and were very stressful/pushy, they tried to make me do things before I was mentally prepared and kept grabbing my arm to make me sit on the chair while i was trying to calm myself down. They were extremely impatient and not understanding. The office lady laughed at me when I was crying. Not the place to go for your first invasive medical procedure in 10 years! Would not recommend.

E	Emily Frykberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to see Dr. Chau for the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. The experience was very positive. He has great bedside manner, he explained everything and answered my many questions with knowledge and patience. His staff were kind and helpful.
A	Ash Akbari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and because two of them were slightly infected (pericoronitis) I was expecting to have a lot of pain after the procedure. I had very little pain after the procedure, and even less right now. He froze the areas after the procedure so that the worst part wouldn’t be so bad and it worked great. Dr. Forster is very skilled at what he does as are the receptionists and the registered nurse (their experience is evident and in my experience they are very caring and thorough) and the anesthesiologist that works with Dr. Forster who gave me general anesthetic also came off as being very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. I was asleep what felt like only a few seconds after the IV was in and I woke up without feeling super sedated and I wasn’t acting goofy like you’d see in some of the videos out there. No memory of any part of the procedure, complete amnesia. Anyways, I extremely recommend choosing Dr. Forster and his great staff if you’re thinking about getting any kind of procedure.

The general anaesthetic was done very professionally and left our son able to walk to the car only minutes after waking up. The best part - Dr. Forster called to follow up that evening.

The team did their best to make me feel calm and relaxed, and the anaesthetist was excellent - I barely felt a thing when the needle and plastic went in! I was fortunate to have a very quick recovery and I personally didn't experience any swelling, bruising or severe pain. I would definitely recommend Dr Chan and the Dr Brad Forster clinic.
