โ โ โ โ โ Really good quality building with nice neighborhood. Easy access to everything that you need such as Capilano mall, Walmart, Save on food, shoppers, also lots of good restaurants around. You will enjoy living in this area. Meanwhile if you like walking around river and enjoy hiking, it is the place.

โ โ โ โ โ We love this park.we is my 8-year-old son and I. We've been coming here for years. The zipline is his favorite right now, but there are playgrounds, sand box, climbing structures, swings, playground leaders in the park a couple times a week during the summer, grass fields, Plath's, picnic benches, washrooms (wheelchair accessible), and free parking.
Always a good time.
