They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails and they don’t respond to enquiries via the web page. Then when you send a text you finally get a response at some bizarre hour of the night promising that what you want “may” be coming up soon. They then string you along for a 10 days with vague and incomplete responses to your questions, trying to sell you on something you don’t want and didn’t ask for, and then tell you the floorplan you did want has gone. It’s frustrating and exhausting and doesn’t give me a lot of faith in the property.

I am not in Vancouver yet and couldn't go for in-person viewings, so Leroy took the time to video virtual tours for me of multiple units showing everything and answer all my questions honestly, when he was super busy receiving so many inquires. He was very kind with a no-pressure attitude. And he helped me decide what worked best for my situation.
R	Ryan The Life Changer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews, but in the case of warning or protecting other applicants I feel compelled to write this. The initial process was great. Leroy was communicative, polite and friendly. However, this all changed when it came to the financial application process. We came prepared with the necessary financial information and had a transparent conversation about me graduating with my masters and working multiple part time jobs. From that point forward we were belittled, treated with disrespect and the overall process was unprofessional and unorganized. What’s worst is that the leasing agent tried to financially take advantage of us by stating that we needed to pay 3 months rent upfront or get a co-signer. This was not commensurate whatsoever with a 698 credit score, significant money in bank, and 1 high paying job (my wife) and 2 part time jobs of a full time graduate student (myself). It’s also against BC Tenant laws to tell applicants they need to pay 3 months rent upfront in order to ‘get approved.’ I take no pleasure in writing this review, both the experience and the need to write this negative review disheartens me, but I don’t want to see other applicants taken advantage of or feeling pressured by unethical business tactics.
