I have been here for couple of years the service is so bad and it's running by a couple (Maria and Johnny) they are so bossy and every-time they talk to you it's like they are doing you a favor! THIS IS YOUR JOB!!! a lady named Raloka working in the office and she's so rude and disrespectful to every single person in the building. Overall they need to change the system and treat people like they should

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, buildings are not maintained properly and regularly , no coordination between the managers and office staff, repair on defective equipment takes ages but they are good on charging penalty if you are late for your monthly payment even for one day. Location is good but rent is overpriced. If you are planning to move in think it twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental agency staff at PRT (especially Kaley) were super-helpful! With quick turnaround, we were shown the flat we eventually signed a lease for twice with all the info we asked for. Kaley did her best to get us as much value for our money as possible, and we’re looking forward to calling PRT and the great location it’s in our home :)
