★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my international money transfer and visited this branch. Long story short, I couldn't have received a better service. The lady who helped went above and beyond to solve the problem and of course she did. I forgot to ask her name, but RBC must take pride in such an outstanding employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have the best experience at this branch. I stop by yesterday and Joyce was very helpful and professional, she took her time and showed me how to book appointment wirh an advisor through my online banking. If you need any inquieries Joyce is the person to get advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from Hourivash at RBC park royal. Waited in line and I’m a regular customer for I make business deposits here. She refused to help me and told me that I need to stand in the business line and wait some more. Usually there’s no one tending the business desk and usually a regular teller helps me. After waiting in line some more another teller calls me over and says she could help. If the company I work for doesn’t deal with RBC I would not come back. She also greeted the person standing in line behind me and tried skipping me. I guess because I wasn’t Persian I wasn’t worth getting speedy help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I open an account in this branch more than one month a go,I didn’t received my Card yet,when I go there no one help me and ask me to call customer service;and customer service just say sorry and apply for a new card!I cant believe that,I have an account in this branch for almost two months and dont have My Card!!!The temporary card is expired as well!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want terrible service go to this branch and ask for Claire Xu. Truly disgusting customer service, rude and arrogant. Claire has no place being in a customer service environment and would be better situated working at the drive thru window of Mcdonalds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse branch of RBC. Every time I go to this bank have to wait for minimum one hour. Only 2-3 counters are open every time. They need to get more staff. Business line is never open. Today I went to deposit money for business account. I went straight to business counter. Lady told me to wait in the line. I said it’s for business. She said it doesn’t matter here you have to wait in the line. I think it’s better if they don’t put “business” sign on the counter.
For customer service I don’t have any word to say. It’s more than worse.
