I live in North Vancouver and after immigration always I have done various notary public issues in this office.
My last experience was related to do some crucial subject that it required an urgent measure.
Here, I really really appreciate Mrs.Zara who works in this office and she saved me. Zara performed immediately all things that I need and gave me a great calmness prior to my final time.

β β β β β I have come here twice. Great place! This office what they are doing and a friendly, relaxed way. Not only is service expert and fast, but the price is also fair. I received excellent customer service, especially Mrs. Pourhosseini, and she completed the services accurate and in a timely fashion.

β β β β β As others have mentioned, worst service ever. We only needed one document out of a big stack of papers notarized as directed by the equity title company, but he insisted on notarizing the entire document which had 11 signatures and since 2 person needed signing it would've costed $700+. The equity title even warned us about telling the notary to not to notarize everything and if they insisted we had to, then it's a sign they're ripping us off. And that's exactly what this guy was trying to do. Called him out that he was a scam and he got very defensive and told us to leave. So we left, and within an hour, we found another notary that did what we needed to do for $80. So, kinda shows that either this guy didn't know what he was doing or he wanted to earn a quick buck. Either way, if you're coming here, just be alert. The one star is that he only charges $25 a signature, cheapest we've found around the north shore.

β β β β β The worst service ever. If you need Farsi speaker notary, there are lots of options in North Vancouver. These people are not professional, they made a mistake on one of my documents and Iβm still dealing with! Do not trust good reviews here, probably theyβre friends or family. I bought a property and after that I had to follow up constantly to get the job done. Zero customer service. These people just cared about money and all the time the made excuses that we are busy, we forgot to do this, to call you, to follow up. They messed up and they just ignored me.

β β β β β Do not do business with this notary, they are a total scam. I am one of the sellers and they owe us money after the contract was finalized. After numerous attempts of trying to contact Kamoosi Hossein he just simply ignore us. I am just thankful the amount is not significant enough for me to pursuit legal actions. That being said, if you don't want to be scammed stay AWAY from this business.

β β β β β Worst service ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NOTARY! He is so rude! Mean! He ignores the client! For selling a property we did let him know 26 days before the actual closing date, he didnβt check anything neither of documents and 3 days before closing date he said there is a problem and transfer cant be done! He did not even let us know! Not even a phone call! He doesnβt care how people may be in trouble and he isnβt helpful, We had to follow up everything with him all the time! Never calls back never replies back!
0 customer service! Disrespectful!
