★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance to do shopping in there and their service is awsome , there is a lady called Mina in there that she really was helpfull and caring so answered my questions with patience i was there on Jan 18th and spent such lovely time and shopping in there with her help and would recommend everyone this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like there because Parstoo is a big help and is very nice person too. Many times I didn't have any plan to buy anything but I noticed with Parastoo's help I bought too many items, as result when I come Park Royal Mall for sure i will check Carter's .

Hope customer service take care of this issue and replace her with appropriate one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very unhappy and disappointed by my yesterdays experience at this store. I have been shopping here from past 6-7 months and have been always helped by Mina .She always goes out of her way to help me in finding the right thing and she is always bringing up good vibes to the store. But unfortunately I asked for her yesterday as some other girl was unable to help me (some short heighted )heard from her that she is leaving the store. I respect the decision but I am sure I will not come back again cuz MINA wont be here to help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this branch of carters. I bought a paid of slippers for my son and when he wore it at home he found out that it was torn from behind. I took it after two days to exchange it with a new one but the two ladies there impolitely said that we cannot accept damaged items. You should have been careful when you bought that. They refused to exchange it. Their costumer service was not professional. They did not respect customer’s right. I thought I prefer not to discuss with a worker and ask my husband to fix the slippers. If he couldn’t, I would email the central branch or would talk to their supervisor. Anyhow, try their other branches or be very careful when you buy something in the Park Royal location. And for the company, hopefully you will see the review, I recommend you educate your workers how to respect customers before hiring them.
