Especially the people who helped me the manager Jayveer for doing such a great job taking care dealing about other issues from my previous service provider. Harpreet is also an asset to the store, he got the look and very helpful too! Mostafa is a just wonderful guy he always makes me laugh whenever im at the store. Great team & well recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best place to get a phone, their customer service is the best I have witnessed in the 2 years of living in North Vancouver. Thomas helped me get the plan and phone I wanted, he looked through every plan within minutes and locked down the best deal for the combination of phone and plan I wanted. He set my new phone up and I walked away extremely happy.

I visited again when I was looking at switching providers. The customer service from this team is amazing. I highly recommend WOW! mobile boutique.

They really know what they are doing.
I wanted to upgrade my device with Rogers, they not only gave me the device right away that had a long wait list at Roger's(S10plus) , got me huge discount on monthly bill as well ! Do yourselves a favor and check this place out first before you call your service provider. These guys are honest and super kind and smart! ???

He and partner Harpreet “Happy” spent time helping me set up a new phone with my old plan and worked through all my questions and the details of transferring over all my data to the new phone.
