★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My computer started slowing down drastically so I took it into Kanata to have them look at it because my father had referred me to them. I do all my work on the machine and needed a solution right away. I had already tried all the troubleshooting I could think of myself for many hours the night before with zero progress. The gentleman at the shop called me within a day and told me that my backup hard drive was corrupt and that the computer was totally fine. He was kind enough to remove the drive and did not charge me for his time. He could have easily pretended he had done some major repairs and I was willing to pay anything to get back to work. Instead he showed his honesty and kindness and I will be taking all my computer needs to him from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing store, and such helpful personal service from Farid! They fixed my webcam on my Dell when it failed after a Windows 10 update. If you're a bit of a computer geek, this is the store to visit to find inexpensive trade-in computers, electronics, printers etc.
