★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 or 4 years my partner had braces from here and his teeth as an adult have spaces and look like he never had braces.
We were compelled to write this review because he now needs further work on his teeth-i.e. invisalign.
I want to warn parents not to waste their TIME and money on this place. Braces are one of the worst parts of being a teenager but you should at least get an improvement on your teeth.
He has big spaces throughout all his upper teeth. Shouldn't a place like this stand behind their results? Well think again. His parents wasted their money and now we have to shell out thousands now as adults. Do your research!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hicks is an excellent orthodontist. He is highly skilled and professional, as is his staff. Very interpersonal with kids and adults. He communicates well. I appreciate that he takes time to explain the process and what needs to be done. I had braces as a kid (not through Dr. Hicks) and while the results were good I didn't continue to wear my retainer so eventually my teeth shifted. At the recommendation of Dr. Hicks I had invisalign as an adult and my teeth look great again. I will definitely continue to wear my retainer this time! Dr. Hicks has his patients best interest at heart and helps them achieve the best results possible.
