The stars might change once we finally get our laptop back! Sent our laptop in at the start of the Covid escapade as our teenagers have had to do all school work from home. 6 weeks later after no word from them, find out they ordered the wrong part so it delayed the repair. Come on! How hard is it to give a call to update a customer. Grade 9 and Grade 11 1x laptop for 6 weeks now. This is with a Best Buy business account. Think supporting local smaller businesses might be the answer.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of the staff in resolving my slow laptop. They had my laptop over night and replaced the hard drive and transferred everything over. Very pleased with the service. My laptop is fast once again!

I did not find where to add the names of the staff assisting me on my purchase today on the survey ww.bestbuycanadacare.ca But I wanted to mention my appreciation to the staff at Best Buy #13 in park royal for their attention, care and extremely patience with a helpful attitude there were 3 people The first one a gentlemen with glasses at the apple section POSIBLE A MANAGER NO NAME UNFORTUNATLY THE OTHER NOEL AND PARTICULARLY KIAN who kindly and patiently give advice and direct me on what I did not know how to do and his reassuring attitude gave me the full confidence in my shopping and to trust BEST BUY. I will recommend always your staff and service. For the record I did try Apple store in downtown twice and their attitude and evasive respond to my request for help to set up my new ipad pro 11 was VERY NEGATIVE THAT I LEFT and walked directly to BEST BUY hoping to find the assistance I was looking for. Yes I gladly pay a fee to bestbuy for it.

On a monthly plan with the purchase of a new computer and it feels like legalized robbery; cant get any report on a simple job, a round and round telephone tree that left me with a person who told me he couldn’t connect me to the GeekSquad shop, I should just β€˜drive over and check on it.Β΄ Hours wasted, no remedy. Never again.

If i could give a zero i would. Impossible to get an update. Absolutely no way to reach someone in Geek Squad to see if a needed computer repair has been finished. When computer is crucial for business do not rely on Geek Squad if you want fast service. I purchased the extra warranty for full service on my 6 month old Dell. Big box store is big head ache for service

0 stars. Customer service is the absolute worst. No one gives you the same answer about claims for cell phones. One guy tried to tell me I would receive a gift card if my phone wasn't able to be repaired...not what anyone would sign up for. Seriously save yourself the 200 a year for their "services" and just get it repaired locally. It just died on me randomly. Okay, these things happen. I've been told by several different employees that it would arrive shortly, told about the gift card from another. I have a feeling it will be several more weeks, basically forcing me to buy a used phone in the meantime. No email notifications about payment received, when my phone was received. No updates about claim status. Told in person in store that they can't help whatsoever and to call or contact online. No one knows anything. As of right now still have not received a new device. Not good for their word, and a waste of money. Worst customer experience of my life, will be promptly canceling geek squad if and when I receive a phone...not holding my breathe at this point

Deleted everything on my computer they didn’t back up a thing. My laptop is actually slower then before. You pay for a monthly subscription and get nothing in return, What do they know about computers? Haha! What a joke
