★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failing to find a Corporate Office to enable a review for Consumer Telecom, I chose this location. Telus continues to have horribly long waits on the phone or even chat for customer service and continues to 'surprise' customers with undiscussed end caps on promotional deal. Not even close to Shaw's customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get help migrating telus email to Google. But alas got no help. So I went to the store at Capilano and the tech fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Stark contrast between the two stores. Bottom line avoid the park royal telus store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in, wanted the new 12 Pro and got it with ZERO stress. As a long time Bell customer I was impressed with what services they offered. I was also impressed at how well educated the associate was with not only Telus, but their knowledge on the phone! Would not hesitate to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in today and had my number ported from another carrier with zero stress. In and out with the corporate plan I wanted in less than 20 mins. Big thanks to the customer service rep I spoke with today - it was so refreshing to be treated professionally and have everything set up perfectly!
