★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostafa , was a very well informed member of the Rogers team. He assisted us on the upgrading of our new phones. He walked us through setting up and giving us the best plan for our needs. I would strongly recommend him to others as he is knowledgeable and friendly. A true CSR which is hard to find. Definitely a 5 star service today.

He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services and had a very positive attitude. I would reccomend anyone to come to this location.

Went there during the holidays the guy wasn't very helpful and the ultimate solution that he offered was useless as well. But at the end the Rogers online site was at fault as well. Ok I add back 1 star. Mediocre effort and ineffective results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience buying an apple IPhone 13 ,and ,they gave me wrong information I got rigged protection that costs 18 dollar per month and they told me you can change it in few months but unfortunately after less than one month I found out that I can’t.very very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for new phones for our business as the ones we had were outdated. Our business package had been bundled with another provider, so it took a few calls to them before we had our account unbundled. Because of this, we had to make a couple of trips to Rogers, Park Royal, to complete our purchase. Lex walked us through the process, got our phones set up and helped us pick out some accessories. The service was excellent. He explained how our new phones were different (switching from iPhone to Samsung), installed our screen protectors and explained our new plans in detail so there would be no surprises. I would strongly recommend Rogers Mobile. Their customer service was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful.

Had a really great experience with Earlon, he helped me figure out options for me and my family for upgrading to the new iPhone 12's and starting a family plan. I will definitely come back for our next upgrade. Thanks for the amazing deals, great customer service and for being COVID safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I had a great experience at Rogers Park Royal. Earlon helped us out and he provided excellent customer service. He made upgrading our phones really easy and explained all of our options thoroughly. He communicated well and answered/replied quickly whenever we had follow up questions. He also made my transition from a different phone company easy.
I would definitely recommend coming to this store and seeing Earlon!
