β β β β β Just wanted to share my bad experience to be treated as a customer. I was at the store to return a gifted item and get a store credit instead. The sales person refunded it to the credit card on the receipt by mistake ( to whom I have no access at all), and thatβs simply all! The manager simply said thereβs nothing she could do! I gave it away for free and the sales person did not even apologise or seem to be a bit sorry!!

β β β β β I was appalled by the customer service. I walked into the store at 4:45 pm on May 30th 2021. I found a shirt I wanted to purchase. I went to try it on at 4:53 pm , the middle aged attendant at the fitting rooms told me I could not try on the shirt because the store closed at 5 pm . (The time is accurate because I checked my phone and pointed it out to the attenent) I told her it would only take a minute to try it on she just turned her back on me and walked away. Needless to say I was disappointed but more than that I will make sure to never shop there again .

β β β β β I purchased few items in Metrotown location yesterday, because their AC was down and too hot to try everything I decide to buy the size I was always buying. Unfortunately few items needed to be exchanged to the right size and went to Park Royal where I always shop. Park Royal did not carry the same style so I had to return 3 items and bought 2 more. Return Trx was done by a "in training" cashier, she tried to get help from another one beside her that was "in training" too. another person got called over, while she was trying to fix their mistake, another woman beside us was purchasing something, jumped in the conversation and claimed to be a manager(4th person involed)! then another person got paged over! such a mess! Not only were not showing any sympathy for making us to wait and wait also demanding and firm! They made us feel so guilty seems that we are responsible for their mistake on the return exchange transaction.
I hardly write a disappointment review, but my husband had another disappointing service from the same store for being ignored on getting the right size for him. Our family is a long standing client of this company and it's hurting when we treated like this. I worked for retail for so long I don't give a hard time to any retailer as I always put myself in their shoes. But I do also believe if someone is getting manager pay, should have some interpersonal skills too and be able to keep the good image of the company which work for. I would never go back to that store, because this days people have a choice, they don't need to travel to the store and get such a crapy service.

β β β β β Went to return some pants I bought. One had a broken zipper which the casher asked if I had broken it and didn't believe me when I said no. She also put in every return one by one even though they were on the same receipt.

β β β β β I went there a couple of times, the reason that I removed a star form this store is because of the shop's location, it is somehow separated from other stores and you should have quite a walk to enter Old Navy.
