I would prefer to drive all the way to other branches rather than having the chance to deal with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of running/walking shoes yesterday. Libby, the salesperson, was extremely helpful. Competent, knowledgeable, and patient. She is gifted with a very pleasant personality and caring attitude. She helped me choose just the right shoe. Customer service at its best.

A special thanks to Lucas for his great skills and exceptional services to customers and my first impression of this location was very beyond amazing. Out of all the 6 locations ( Guildford, Metro town, Richmond, Robson, Brentwood) this location is the best. I just had a issue with a product and I live near metro town and they couldn't help I tried going to all other locations and they refused or couldn't even try helping me so I waste all my time until when I went to park royal, then I met Lucas. He was able to do something that no manger or anyone couldn't do... SERIOUSLY why isn't Lucas isn't a manager? He is the best and I hope he gets really great feedback. I would rather go to this location even if it's out of my way for this. Thank you Lucas for knowing what good customer service is, I recommend please come to this location especially when Lucas is around. The other staff in this location seems fine but I had more interaction and help from Lucas. Hope he gets ahead!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lame customer experience - was told by Nike.com I could exchange defective product to Nike stores … only to be told by this store they weren’t an actual Nike store…but simply had the license….wouldn’t take the exchange and even worse made me feel lame for even asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve notice Vancouver overall has terrible customer service but this store was the worst. Walked past 3 employees and not one said hi or offered help - frustrating because I was looking for the biker shorts and didn’t see them on shelf. When I went to go check out, the cashier didn’t even say anything to me besides what I owe for my purchases. Felt super uncomfortable and unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy training shoes for my wife. Helped by two male employees who were very nice & helpful. Unfortunately the shoes we were getting had different sizes mixed up. One of the male employee apologized & said the Richmond store have her size and would put in for transfer. Informed it should take about a week. A week later we were nearby the store and we have not heard back from them so we test our luck.
Once we entered the store we were greeted by 3 female staff who were very rude and unprofessional. One staff was yelling across the store to communicate. When we asked if my wife’s shoe came in they scoffed and said they will contact us and that no transfer came in for the week. She never bothered to ask our name or contact the Richmond store to see when such transfer were to commence. She then proceeded to inform us to wait for their call.
It’s been over a week but we never heard back. Honestly the store selection is poor and my wife later told me the male manager was complaining out in the open how poor morale is due to quality of the staff (he was the only competent person managing the store)
Due to these negative experiences we vowed never to return to the Nike store at Park Royal village. We had a much better experience at the Nike store in Metropolis Metrotown.
