β β β β β I recently learned that lululemonβs clothes are made by using coal in your factories. I find this very concerning since coal is one of the dirtiest and deadliest fossil fuels out there and harms the health of many people, especially children, around the world.
Coal pollution is also a contributing factor to climate change and as you may know, climate change is putting the future of winter sports at risk. Thatβs why Iβm calling today to urge your company to stop using coal in your factories and transition to renewable energy by 2030.
Above all, I want you to know that I β like many people I know β have serious concerns about your brandβs impact on the climate, frontline communities, and our health.
I would appreciate it if you could share my concerns with your manager and head office.

β β β β β The worst customer service of any Lululemon locations, either they have a managerial issue here or they need to retrain their employees.
I purchased a jacket online that was "final" sale. However, the jacket came in and was impossible to zip-up, it was $300. I reached out to their online team and they said you can totally return it via mail or at any store. So I figured I'd just go to the store as I live 5 minutes away.
I was told by the cashier in the men's department that she could not return the jacket because it was "final" sale even though it was brand-new, never worn with all tags attached. She insisted I could put Vaseline on the zipper or I could sell it on Facebook Marketplace instead. Are you actually kidding me? Final Sale or not, you gave me a defective jacket with a defective zipper, I'm not putting Vaseline or selling it on Facebook, I paid $300. After pretty much arguing with her to why she should take it back, she finally did, but it was a completely ridiculous situation as I shouldn't of even had to have returned the jacket in the first place as I really liked it.
Here's a tip, if an item is defective, take it back. I spend thousands of dollars at Lululemon every year and I will never ever again spend a dime their again.

I was helped first by Flavia and then Hannah, who not only honoured Lululemonβs quality promise, but sorted me with a new, sustainable rubber mat. Canβt wait for it to arrive so I can get back to my practice. Thank you ladies!
